Depending on the age of your child, both individual and/or family therapy may be helpful in addressing child or adolescent Anxiety or OCD. Many of the strategies involved in challenging anxiety must be implemented or practiced at home to be effective. Therefore, parents are strongly encouraged to participate and support their children during the therapy process. Sessions are active and much can be addressed in a 60-minute session.
